Personal training and rehabilitation work available from Kelfield Institute.

 

I’m a multi-qualified instructor who offers a wholehearted approach which incorporates both your present fitness goals and looks to protect your future health by offering sustainable solutions.


Make it enjoyable. I write your programme based on exercise that you enjoy, your goals, needs and strengths, and re-assess and adjust it weekly to give you the best chance of success. 

It's convenient and easy to exercise at Kelfield Institute. I offer individual Personal Training, small group training, couples, friends… whatever works well for you.

Each session is unique to you, using my equipment and expertise. I'm here to motivate and help support you along your journey to better health and fitness.

I also help with weight management by analysing your diet and offering alternative suggestions, and lead regular running courses in the local area, both virtually and face to face.

I can also work with pre and post natal women, GP referral and rehabilitation work.

Hiit Like A Girl

Women only pad work classes run from Kelfield Institute by a fully qualified female personal trainer, pad work and HiiT instructor.

 

All abilities and fitness levels welcome – we welcome beginners. Intervals are time based, so you work comfortable at your own level.

 

Whole body work out, getting the legendary HiiT after-burn effect.

Why Hygge?

Pronounced hue-gah. Isn’t that lovely?

Hygge is a Danish word that is difficult to define in English…


The closest translation is ‘cosy’ or ‘comfortable’.
It’s a state of mind as well as an experience.
It describes a mood or ambience - a vibe or energy
My Mum is Danish…

I love the whole concept of Hygge and it sums up perfectly the mood I want to create in my yoga classes…

I’m a certified Dru Yoga teacher...this style is perfect for creating a state of Hygge in the mind, body and soul….

Kelfield Craft Group is a twice-monthly gathering of creative individuals from Kelfield and surrounding area who meet to work on and share projects of all shapes and sizes.

New visitors and members are always welcome and we have plenty of equipment to get people’s creative juices flowing. Whether you want help with exploring a new skill or else spread the word about your passion, come join our group as soon as the Institute opens up its doors again.

When running, the group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 10AM. No need to book. Just turn up and join in.
